EZZYNOUR SHOPPE PURCHASING PROCEDURE.
- Browse through the posted promotional products.
- Browse the EezzyNour Shoppe Labels. Choose the products that you want to purchase.
- For the required product, write down:
- Product's name
- Product's description (If applicable)
- Product's code number
- Product's colour
- Product's size (If applicable)
- Total quantity required
- Price (If applicable)
All products on sale are subjected to stock availability. Stocks for some of the products are limited. It will be first come first serve basis. You will be notified on the availability once the order is received. You must ensure the stock availability before payment is made.
Product Price:
All products are subjected to current posted price. All prices stated are NOT INCLUSIVE of POSTAGE/COURIER CHARGES unless otherwise stated.
Product Colour:
We do not guarantee that the colour of the actual product received will be the same as the colour displayed on your monitor as different monitors/ settings may display different colours of the images on the screen.
- SMS the product details. The details needed are:
- Your name
- Your address
- Your contact number
- Your email address
- Preferred delivery method
- Product's name
- Product's description (If applicable)
- Product's code number
- Product's colour
- Product's size (If applicable)
- Total quantity required
All your information will be kept privately.
C. Order Processing:
- When order has been received with complete and accurate information, an email/SMS notification on the order confirmation will be sent to you.
- Any changes of orders or inquiry should be made within three days of ordering date.
- You may be contacted for more details verification.
D.Payment:
- Payment should be made immediately (for fast delivery) or within three days after the final confirmation of order. Otherwise the products will be back on sale without prior notice.
- The payment must be FULL payment for the TOTAL quantity products required together with the TOTAL delivery charges unless otherwise specified.
- The payment must be banked in to the account number or paid by money order or postal order. The account details will be given after receiving final order confirmation.
- The proof/details of the payment transaction made should be emailed to us or notified to us.
- You may be contacted for verification.
- Once the payment is confirmed, the products shall then be delivered by the post/courier service as required. The delivery charges will depend on the parcel 's weight, location and delivery method.
- Delivery notification shall be provided to you through email or SMS.
In certain circumstances and upon your request, you may pay the parcel cost in installment. However, the products will ONLY be delivered to you once the FULL payment (inclusive of the delivery charges) is made.
D. Product delivery:
- Delivery shall ONLY be made after the actual FULL payment (inclusive of delivery charges) has been banked in and upon final order confirmation.
- The items shall be delivered by the delivery method specified by you on the final order confirmation
Note:
We cannot guarantee that the parcel are always delivered at the right time as there are many irregularities that beyond our control such as due to holidays, natural disasters etc. You are encouraged to contact us if you have any enquiries on the delivery.
Product Condition:
All products delivered are in good conditions. We are NOT responsible for any loss or damage incurred during delivery.
Product Return:
All products sold are NON-RETURNABLE/NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-EXCHANGEABLE. Hence, you are advised to really CONFIRM your order BEFORE any payment and delivery is made.
